Trainees are best in their year
Two trainees completed their training with outstanding results and were awarded the best of the year by the State Vocational School for the Hotel and Restaurant Industry in Tettnang.
New chef
The Italo-Brazilian chef Caio Benati will take over the position of chef with immediate effect. He succeeds Sebastian Cihlars, who is taking a creative break.
