Chef de Rang / Junior Sommelier (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Chef de Rang or Junior Sommelier (m/f/d) to join our service team. Are you passionate about high-quality products and fine wines? Do you enjoy interacting directly with guests and would like to help shape our concept for the long term? Then you’ve come to the right place.

Start date: November 2026

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as a restaurant server, sommelier, or a comparable qualification
Ideally, work experience in the service department of an upscale restaurant
Enjoyment in providing guests with expert and personalized advice
Interest in wine and high-quality regional products
Warmth, hospitality, and a good sense of people
