The Greentable “Sustainable Gastronomy” seal is a transparent award procedure for evaluating the sustainability performance of gastronomic establishments. The activities of the company are evaluated on the basis of 12 evaluation fields in terms of ecological, economic and social responsibility. For the award, min. 50% of the requirements must be met.
