We look forward to our Brazilian Barbecue Party with great anticipation: Together with three Brazilian chef friends, we celebrate Brazilian cuisine, friendship and joie de vivre – and turn our philosophy of “star cuisine for good friends” into “star cuisine with good friends” for one Sunday.
On June 28, 2026, you can look forward to many small and large culinary surprises with some of the most popular dishes of Brazilian cuisine as well as new interpretations by Schattbuch chef Caio Benati, KIAS chef Kias Burget from Vienna and Casa chef Enzo Vieira from São Paulo.
The iconic Brazilian barbecue “Churrasco” in the form of a live station invites you to enjoy in a convivial atmosphere. The matching, atmospheric music makes the cultural experience perfect and invites you to dance and celebrate. All this on our sun terrace by the pond – a must for all connoisseurs and party lovers.

Kias Burget from Vienna
Kias Burget founded the KIAS Restaurant in Vienna as head chef and has received several awards for its modern, sustainable Brazilian cuisine with Austrian influences. Originally a ballet dancer, he brings the recipes of his home country Brazil to Vienna and attaches particular importance to regional, organic ingredients and fair production conditions.
Enzo Vieira from São Paulo
Enzo Ceccin started his career as a dishwasher and, through curiosity and initiative, became one of the top five chefs at MasterChef Profissionais 2022. Today he stands for modern, author-driven cuisine with a focus on Brazilian ingredients, which he implements at the highest level in the Sea Restaurant he developed, among other places, as well as internationally.
