As a Michelin-starred restaurant in the heart of the Allgäu, it is our aim to reconcile enjoyment and responsibility. For us, sustainability means using natural resources consciously, strengthening regional cycles and making a contribution to the preservation of the environment, animal welfare and biodiversity with every dish. Our commitment ranges from the conscious selection of ingredients to fair partnerships, climate-friendly processes and respectful cooperation within the team.
